1. Select the service category you require.

2. If service is priced, fill in service details, pick a service provider, submit booking and wait for the service provider to respond.

3. If quotes are required, fill in service details, select up to 5 service providers, submit request for quotes and wait for the service providers to respond.

4. Once booking or quote is accepted, sit back, relax and wait for the service provider to come.

What happens when I cancel a booking?
Once a booking is confirmed and payment is charged,
1. Cancellations made more than 2 hours before appointment time will incur payment processing fees (3.4% + $0.50) and the rest will be refunded.
2. Cancellations made less than 2 hours before appointment time or no show will incur payment processing fees plus transport fees ($20) for the service provider and the rest will be refunded.
3. If another charge occurs due to price change or on site quoting, cancellations made after will incur an additional $0.50 on top of payment processing fees plus transport fees (if applicable) and the rest will be refunded.

What happens if a service provider cancels on me?
You will receive a full refund and we'll investigate and penalise the service provider if they are at fault.

This would be entirely up to the service providers to decide as they have full control of their services and pricing.

Make sure the app is the latest version and restart the app.
